Call for Abstract

Abstracts will be collected through the online system.

Those who want to participate in the Symposium with an abstract or a full paper should send their abstracts via the paper submission module on the website until by September 11th at the latest.
Abstract Submission Rules
  • In order for the abstracts to be published in the Symposium digital book, registration to the Symposium is required.
  • Abstracts should cover the aim, materials and methods, findings, conclusion, and references.
  • Academic titles should not be used, abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
  • Graphic and table submissions can be made through the online submission system.
  • Proceedings are collected over the Internet via the online submission system.
  • Submissions via e-mail or other means are not accepted.
  • All information requested on the text creation page must be entered completely.
  • The texts registered in the system can be edited until the deadline for submission, but no edits or changes can be made to the submitted texts.
  • Submitted texts will be reviewed after the deadline and as a result of the review, the texts will be accepted or rejected.
  • In case the acceptance letters are notified after the discounted registration accommodation date, the authors will be able to benefit from the discounted prices.
  • Since the abstracts submitted via the online will be digitized similarly, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling mistakes.
  • For single-author e-poster presentations, the written and signed permission of those responsible for the study at the center where the data were collected is required.
Important E-Poster Technical Specifications
  • It should be prepared as JPEG in a 3:4 ratio vertically.
  • High resolution, minimum 1536(width) x 2048(height).
  • The text on the Digital E-poster should be as large and legible as possible. The recommended font is Arial between 12 - 22 points.
  • If the information on the e-poster does not fit on one page, a second page of the same size should be made, and the quality of the pasted pictures and tables should be high.
  • If you have problems with JPEG resolution, you can also send ppt or pptx work files directly.
