Services Included in Registration Fee;
  • Registration Fee Includes; Full access to the scientific sessions, welcome reception, exhibition, lunches and coffee breaks.
  • You will be asked to provide proof of student status. You must be send your student certificate to ozge.altas@burkon.com after registration

  • (*) All other countries not included in the list can complete the registration process in the developed countries category.
  • Registration fees are different between Developed and Emerging countries. Registration type must be selected according to the country of registration.
  • The official languages of the symposium are English and Turkish. There will be simultaneous translation.
  • Only e-poster abstracts are accepted.
  • If student registration is selected, please provide proof of present enrollment in an academic institution; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
  • Burkon Tourism will not accept requests by telephone. If you have any difficulty with registration, please send an e-mail to ozge.altas@burkon.com
  • Fees Not Include %20 VAT.
Cancellation and Refund Policy;
  • We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation requests made by July 17, 2024 at 23:59 (GMT+1).
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellation after July 18, 2024.
  • If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to ozge.altas@burkon.com
  • Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.
  • NBIA 2024 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
  • By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.

  • Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and room.
  • Check-in will begin at is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 on the last day.
