Symposium Informations

Symposium Center
The symposium will be held on October 17-19, 2024 at Istanbul University, Central Campus.

Permits
The symposium invitation letters to be requested to be given to the institutions for symposium participation will be sent to the participants through the Symposium Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests with such invitation letters belong to them.

Badge
Badges will be given to all participants. During the symposium on our university campus, we emphasize the importance of presenting your badge to security guards at all designated campus entrance points. Please ensure your badges are prominently displayed and easily accessible. These badges are crucial for campus security and event management facilitation. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Slide Check Room
The slide check room will be at the service of speakers who wish to check their presentations during the symposium. If the presentation is brought on a personal computer, the presentation will be transferred to the symposium computers by the staff. After the presentation, if desired, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.

Certificate of Participation
All participants will be able to pick up their certificates of participation from the registration desk on the last day at 09:00.
